Our Strategic Plan

The Haumoana School Strategic Plan is our roadmap for learning, growth, and success. It reflects who we are as a school and where we are heading together.

Our priorities are shaped through strong partnerships with our community. We listen carefully to the voices of our parents and caregivers (including whānau and tamariki Māori), our students, and our staff. These voices matter deeply and help ensure our direction reflects what our community values most for our tamariki.

At Haumoana School, our Strategic Plan is grounded in our vision of Learning to Fly. It guides us in becoming confident, capable learners who are ready to spread their wings and soar.

Our Strategic Plan sets out our long-term goals, while our Annual Implementation Plan outlines the practical steps we take each year to bring them to life in our classrooms and across our school.
